Shipping

We process orders in 1–3 business days before they ship.

• US delivery: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.
• International delivery: we ship to most countries worldwide; transit time and cost are calculated at checkout based on your destination and vary by location.
• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address — you'll always see the exact cost before you pay.
• Tracking: as soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it door to door.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or tracking looks stuck, email us at support@whisknwag.co with your order number and we'll look into it.

Returns at a glance

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a refund.

• Opened hygiene items (ear cleaner, wipes, cleaning gloves) can't be returned once used, for hygiene reasons. Unopened items are still returnable.
• Change-of-mind returns: you cover return postage.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item: email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — usually without asking you to send anything back.
• Changed your mind right after ordering? Email us within 24 hours and we'll cancel before it ships.
